principal/teacher miss Ella
Ella-Grace Gregoire has a passionate vision for our community. She wants all young people to have the opportunity to experience performing arts in addition, she wants to teach young people skills that she has used personally to keep her mental wellbeing healthy. She stated “I want kids to have a safe space they can come to where they can discover new performance skills, build confidence and learn tools to support their future wellbeing and mental health".

She has 16 years in working and training in the performing arts industry. She also has a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural therapy and Extended diploma in performing arts.
​
In recent years, Ella has successfully hit the big screen on numerous occasions including; Vera, Coronation Street, sky 1s the five, ITV'S VERA and the feature film “Sometimes always never ” staring Bill Nighy. We find this is inspiring to our students.

TINY TRIPLE LEADER WELLBEING AND DANCE TEACHER
MISS. KIRSTEN
Kirsten is one of our talented Dance and Wellbeing teachers. She teaches our baby group as well as leading dance and wellbeing sessions. She has a genuine passion to help young people and this is shown through her years volunteering as a Rainbows leader.

She has been in the British national championships twice with her dancing and has been a part of Cheer Dance UK, Big Up North and U-Dance.

Leader of drama and creative arts
Robyn believes that the arts should be accessible to anyone and everyone, she has extensive training and has been training and working in the industry for over ten years. She has a first-class honours degree in musical theatre and specialised in dance.
Robyn has previously worked with children in many different settings. From helping create new work with the children at park academy to volunteering at Lancaster hospital, Robyn has been professionally teaching groups from 8-19.
She has experience in one on one training for older students and audition preparations for university.
She also has experience as an activity runner at Ribby Hall and was an assistant choreographer for Chicago performed at the winter gardens.

Leader of DANCE AND ACTIVITY
Megan has always had a passion for the performing arts and specifically dance. She has been dancing for over 15 years and is trained in Ballroom, Latin American, Streetdance, Commercial, Contemporary and Freestyle. She has performed in and choreographed multiple shows, competed and choreographed competition routines. She has performed at the Winter Gardens Opera House and the Guild Hall and competed in the Empress Ballroom. Megan also studied A-Level Dance and Drama at college alongside BTEC Dance.
Megan taught at her previous dance school for 4 years before moving on. She then went on to join the Holiday Experience team at Ribby Hall Village, running activities and live entertainment for locals and holiday guests. At Ribby, Megan also worked on large scale events such as the Halloween Trick or Treat trail and the Christmas Light Switch On as well as working very closely with the Big Man himself in Santa’s Grotto!
Megan has experience teaching a wide variety of styles to both children and adults, as well as coaching one-to-one sessions and competition classes. Megan has always enjoyed working with children and boosting their confidence and is so excited to start at EGG- her passion for dance encourages her to explore opportunities to work with children and help them find their own enthusiasm for Performing Arts.

LEADER OF SONG AND MUSIC
MISS. clara eugina marmo
Didi is deeply passionate about all things performing arts & wellbeing and is excited to be part of the EGG team.
She has trained in singing, acting & dance for over 10 years and has earned accolades from LAMDA and is now working towards completing her UAL Level 3 Extended Diploma.
Didi has worked closely mentoring & assisting young actors on set in acting, dance & singing from an array of backgrounds aged 8-14+ who have had amazing opportunities featuring on CBBC, ITV, BBC & more. She is currently training at Paul McCartney’s LIPA.

Clara is our music teacher that supports our projects and offers private 1 to 1 coaching.
Clara graduated from BA (Hons) Musical Theatre from with a First Class Honours Degree! She was 14 when she started training in contemporary and musical theatre singing.
She also studied choral singing from 2013-2015 and was a soloist of Mater Salvatoris' choir in Madrid - She had the opportunity to tour Italy with the choir!
She has done many professional jobs in singing and wants to share her expertise to the students.

“Miss Alice” supports our dance projects and shows swell as running dance classes and private lessons
Alice has an ISTD and DDE Diploma in Professional Dance and Teaching of Dance.She has worked professionally on cruise ships for the past two years.

She’s perfect for our family, as she really understands our mission to provide an affordable platform that will allow children to be creative and learn new skills in performing arts, simultaneously supporting the mental health and growth of each individual.

Acting specialist Helena Ascough
Our LAMDA trained acting teacher Helena also shares this passion to give kids fun filled yet informative lessons. She wants students to push the boundaries, go out of their comfort zones and be a little 'crazy' in class.

Helena has two level three diplomas at A*, currently finishing her PGCE in drama at degree level and has performed in theatre around Lancashire.

Lainey Gregoire and her husband Gerry Gregoire are the founders of Streetwise Youth community.They have been in the Business over 30 years and have had streetwise opened 19 years. Streetwise has won various awards such as the princess Diana anti bullying award, community club over the year and the swallowdale trust award to name a few. Lainey's vision for streetwise definitely lives in Egg performing arts and wellbeing as she just wants to give all kids the opportunity to experience their gifts. wellbeing support mr.aaron
Wellbeing support Aaron Myers has been a member of our partners streetwise youth community since the age of 10 and soon went on to being a volunteer. After gaining 3 A*s in his performing arts diploma he decided to utilise his skills into volunteering and began Streetdance classes with Ella-grace in early 2017. He now volunteers and offers support to the students on a regular basis.
